The Chamber staff responds to hundreds of requests and calls every year for information on Hornell and the surrounding area, tourist attractions, calendars of events, maps, demographic information, Chamber directories, and relocation packets. The Hornell Chamber is staffed by full-time professional personnel, who are in most instances, the first contact with visitors and prospects. The value of these referrals to Hornell and the surrounding area can not be measured.
