	BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION JAMES W. GRIFFIN, CECD JAMES W. GRIFFIN is Executive Director of the City of Hornell Industrial Development Agency and President of the Hornell Area Chamber of Commerce, Past President of New York State Economic Development Council, Secretary Chemung , Schulyer, Steuben County Workforce Investment Board, Board Member of Regional Planning Board, and Regional Revolving Loan Fund. Mr. Griffin is a Certified Economic Developer and Past Chairman of the American Economic Development Council and was Past Chairman of the International Economic Development Council.


	JAMES W. GRIFFIN has been Executive Director of the City of Hornell Industrial Development Agency and President of the Hornell Area Chamber of Commerce for over 30 years and was named New York State Developer of the Year in 1991. He is a Hornell native and a graduate of St. Bonaventure University. He and his wife Cindy have five children and reside in the Village of Arkport.
